Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

💖 Free shipping on all orders over €40 (after discounts).

For orders under €40, standard shipping rates apply and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Belgium & The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.
If your package appears lost or delayed beyond normal delivery times, please reach out to us at support@puroglow.com and we’ll investigate right away.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product at support@puroglow.com
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
