Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchase — we’re happy to help.

Because our products are personal care products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no cost.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery—no return required.

To request a refund, simply contact our customer service team at support@puroglow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Note: Since returns are not required, please do not send back your used product, as it cannot be restocked or reused.

Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right, by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned (or reported) item, we’ll notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
