A hydrating milky-toner hybrid inspired by traditional Korean rice-bran water (“migamsu”). Combines rice extract, rice-derived amino acids and a dual-layer formula to nourish and balance skin.

Directions for Use
- After cleansing (and optionally before serum), dispense into palms or onto a cotton pad.
